Method
To prepare the Citrus Syrup: Put all the components in a pan, heat until it reaches a light boil, agitating to dissolve. After that, take off the stove and leave to cool entirely. Pour to a clean bottle, close it and store in the fridge, it can be stored for about one month.
To make Batch Mix: Mix all the liquids into one big jug, allow it to infuse for 60 minutes, then filter it best through a fine cloth, making it perfectly clear.
When ready to serve: Add 85ml of your batch mix into your mixing glass containing ice, gently stirring carefully for a minute until cold. Filter into a frosted cocktail glass or a similar vessel, decorate with the cranberries and complete it with a light spray of mandarin oil above the glass.
